NEW Version March18/2001 FormatbyCriteriaSubClass.zip is a database containing functions to allow Criteria based formatting a Form in Continuous Form's View. Logic allows for Unlimited colors and criteria. Completely updated source code.

Click here for the older non subclassing Form Timer based solutions!

History

Version 4.3

Added support to highlight row with containing the CurrentRecord.

Version 4.2

Fixed GPF bug by decompiling. There was corruption in the FormatByCriteria class module.

Version 4.0

Only Subclass the ScrollBar now and not the Form. Added support for single column highlighting and alternate row highlighting.

Version 3.8

Enhanced redraw logic for less screen redraws. Cleaned up code.

Older Versions that use a Form Timer instead of Subclassing.

FormatbyCriteriaVer2.zip is a database containing functions to allow Criteria based formatting a Form in Continuous Form's View.

NEW - Nov. 14/99 This version includes 3 functions for Forms in Continuous View.

1) Highlight Row based on user defined Criteria.

2) Highlight Selected Row (Current Record).
