ZoominOutImage has been replaced by the updated LoadJpegGif

LoadJpegGif.zip is a database containing a function to allow for the Display of Jpeg and Gif files on systems that do not have the Office Graphic Filters installed.  

NEW - June 10/2000 Ver 3.2 Developed to allow Access RunTime installations to display Jpeg files in a standard Image Control.

Here's the older original version but you really should use the newer LoadJpegGif

  ZoomInOutImage.zip is a database containing methods to allow you to simulate Zooming In or Out on an Image control. Also demonstrates how to add ScrollBars to allow the user to pan/view an Image larger than the Form.
